nDetail Job Description:
àDevelops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment in manufacturing.
àInterface with engineering to resolve technical issues during system test.
àProvide technical input and feedback to engineering on system testing.
àMaintain test fixtures, equipment, specifications and procedures for all products.
àDrive quality projects to improve system level test and cycle time.
àCapability and knowledge to maintain, troubleshoot and upload automated system testing software.
àBe able to attend shift operation.
àProject base tasks such as Labor Hour reduction, Man power planning, Training Plan...etc.
nEducation:
àTypically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or 5 years and a Master’s degree in Electrical engineering.
nSkill:
àDesigns and procures manufacturing fixtures.
àReview electrical design and provide technical solution to design engineering.
àStrong system level troubleshooting skills, must be able to follow design documentation to address technical issues on the manufacturing floor.
àMust have the ability to train test technical to test and troubleshoot down to the components level.
àEffective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
àExcellence computer skill.
àAdvanced knowledge of semiconductor Etch/Deposition equipment is a plus.
