n Detail Job Description:
à Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacturing of sub-assemblies and final assemblies
à Interfaces with Manufacturing and engineering in coordinating the transition of new products including Trainings, Fixtures, OMS, BOM..etc
à Train and mentor assembly technicians on duties and projects (Understanding of Level 4 BOM, in-process quality checks, quality inspections, technician assembly. etc.)

à Works closely with engineering to close issues found during manufacturing of products

à    Maintains systems to record and report production and quality data, metrics and information to meet required standard

à Improve Manufacturing Efficiency such as Cycle time deduction, Labor Hour reduction thought LEAN Operation
à Effectively communicates with others in the organization (SCM, Planning, QC, etc.) and participates in cross-functional teams
à Makes recommendations for outsourcing vs building in house of sub-assemblies

à   Be able to attend shift operation

 

 

n Education:

à Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5 years and a Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering

 

 

n Skill:
à Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
à Designs and procures manufacturing fixtures
à Review Mechanical design and provide technical solution to design engineering
à Strong system level troubleshooting skills, must be able to follow design documentation to address technical issues on the manufacturing floor
à Reviews new designs for manufacturability and makes recommendations to design engineering
à Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills Knowledge of Lean, TPM and 6 Sigma methodologies
à Above average in English skill
à Advanced knowledge of semiconductor Etch/Deposition equipment is a plus
