n Detail Job Description:
à Coordinate with operations, engineering, purchasing and quality to attain production goals
à Schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels
à Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit
à Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions
à Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule
à Utilize any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system that is in place and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required
n Education:
à BA/BS degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering & semiconductor & equipment industry
n Skill:
à Previous experience of materials planning ideally in the automotive or manufacturing environment
à Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
à Experience in MRP (Materials Requirement Planning)
à Working knowledge of SAP systems
à Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
à Good at statistics and data analysis
à Excellent communication abilities
