àLocal and regional supplier management
àCost management for assigned commodities (RFQ follow up, cost negotiation, price reduction, cost analysis)
àNew suppliers introduction ( Searching, Survey, Qualification, Phasing in)
àSupport buyer team and quality team for on time delivery and quality issue
àSupport project transfer from POR supplier to local supplier
àDevelop and execute plan for Asia sourcing strategy to enhance production flexibility
àReview supplier capability and capacity to secure Talus production continuousness.
nEducation:
àUniversity degree or above.
nSkill:
àFamiliar with semiconductor equipment industry
à8 years or above in supplier chain management or sourcing relative job.
àFluent in both English and Chinese
àGood excel and power point skill
àFamiliar with ERP system, Tiptop or SAP is preferred
àGood communication and other interpersonal skill
