◆ Communicate with users and external professional support to understand the request, find the cause the provide solution, including short-term and long-term.
◆ Information Security experience.
◆ Microsoft Active Directory/ SQL/ Exchange/ firewall Experience.
◆ Forgitage/ Aruba/ CISCO Experience
◆ Infrastructure integration and multinational company working experience is highly preferred.
Education
◆ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Skill
◆ At least 3 years experience in Further development of the Microsoft Active Directory, SQL and Exchange.
◆ Information Security/Firewall(Fortigate) experience is highly preferred.
◆ Familiar with Microsoft Server OS enviroment.
◆ IT support (onsite/remote).
◆ Excellent technical documenting skill (in English and Mandarin).
◆ Solid troubleshooting skills.
◆ Willing to be on call for emergency support requests.
◆ Excellent collaborative and team work skills.
