nDetail Job Description:

àIdentify future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications

àCollaborate with hiring managers to compile a consistent list of requirements

àPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

àPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job channels

àSource suitable candidates through appropriate job board, campus, online employment forums, social media, etc.

àScreen candidates’ resumes and job applications

àConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

àAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

àOnboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

àMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practices 

àProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

àAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

 

nEducation:

àBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

 

nSkill:

àProven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

àSolid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc);

àHands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

àAbility to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

àExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

àMore than 5 years of recruiting experience

àExcellent organizational and time management skills

àA working knowledge of employment law and legislation

àAbility to communicate in English and Chinese effectively, both orally and in writing

àProficient in Microsoft Office
