職務說明

1. Download raw data from ERP system and generate clean report / summary to teams.
2. Evaluate the proper methodology in data analysis for procurement process
3. Strong attention to detail; must have self-discipline to check own work/ error proofing/ identify and eliminate errors
4. Cooperate with IT department to improve the procurement function in ERP system
5. Develop efficient tools to assist buyer daily jobs

專業及經驗

1. University graduated or above (information management 資管 background is preferred).
2. 3 years working experience in cost management and data analysis.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel’s Functions such as VBA, lookup, and Macro.
4. Familiar with EPR system (SAP or Tiptop is preferred)
5. Chinese (Fluent), English (good at reading and writing)
6. Excellent logic thinking and problem solving
7. Good communication skill in consolidating ideas in internal & external teams
