Job Description
◆ Works with Sales Operations business partners to ensure customer configurations and requests to slot orders into the factory meet lead time milestones. - This is in support of driving to meet customer requested delivery dates.
◆ Coordinates with the capacity manager to schedule orders into the factory.
◆ Facilitates meetings with cross functional team members to resolve risk factors that may compromise a customer delivery schedule.
◆ Manages department reporting related to customer deliveries.
◆ Assess customer demand and provide a delivery commitment based on supply and manufacturing capacity. ◆ Attends manufacturing production meetings to understand any issues.
◆ Manages company and customer priorities to sequence deliveries where necessary.
◆ Works with Sales Operations to set expectations on delivery issues and manage backorder activities.
◆ Coordinate core movement for refurb modules into the Talus factory and / or remote factories.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or Operations related discipline
Required Skills
◆ More than 3 years related experience
◆ High level proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, and SAP
◆ Must be a self-starter and be able to operate independent of day-to-day supervision
◆ Direct experience leading cross functional teams
◆ Ability to demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
◆ Master Production Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning and Production Control Planning experience is a plus
◆ Fluent in written and verbal English language
