*Detail Job Description:
1.Develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment in manufacturing.
2.Interface with engineering to resolve technical issues during system test.
3.Provide technical input and feedback to engineering on system testing.
4.Maintain test fixtures, equipment, specifications and procedures for all products.
5.Drive quality projects to improve system level test and cycle time.
6.Capability and knowledge to maintain, troubleshoot and upload automated system testing software.
7.Be able to attend shift operation.
8.Project base tasks such as Labor Hour reduction, Man power planning, Training Plan...etc.
*Education:
1.Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or 10 years and a Master’s degree in Electrical engineering.
*Skill:
1.Designs and procures manufacturing fixtures.
2.Review electrical design and provide technical solution to design engineering.
3.Strong system level troubleshooting skills, must be able to follow design documentation to address technical issues on the manufacturing floor.
4.Must have the ability to train test technical to test and troubleshoot down to the components level.
5.Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
6.Excellence computer skill.
7.Advanced knowledge of semiconductor Etch/Deposition equipment is a plus.
