Detail Job Description

• Drive Continuous Improvement Program for operation and production excellence.
   - Identify CIP Opportunity.
   - Prioritize the project sequence.
   - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
   - Internal Project and External Project development.
• Data Analysis.
   - Qualitative Research and analysis.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Manage resource through matrix management.
• Manage the cross functional team.
• Cost structure improvement for operation and production.

 

Education:
• Engineering, Business, Industrial Management and related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager in production, manufacturing, or warehouse departments (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with substantial experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Experience in the semiconductor industry or equipment manufacturing is plus.

• Strong Presentation Skill.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
